If MDMN accepted some newly issued shares of CDCH sometime last year does anyone know if the number of shares outstanding is still 274,265,640 or has it changed since Sept.?

CDCH Shareholder Census for The Mining Play

From CDCH filings:

As of December 31, 2014, there were 263,279,928 shares of Common Stock
As of March 31, 2015, there were 274,265,640 shares of Common Stock

In the Apr 27th filing for Q1 2015, ended Mar 31, 2015, it says:

2015
250,000 shares were issued for cash, pursuant to a subscription agreement, at $.02 per share 1,250,000 shares were issued for cash, pursuant to a subscription agreement, at $.02 per share 793,650 shares were issued for services rendered at $.0252 per share
992,063 shares were issued for services rendered at $.0252 per share
7,500,000 shares were issued to settle $593,100 of debt, at a valuation of $.07908 per share 200,000 shares were issued to settle $20,000 of debt, at a valuation of $.10 per share

So the settlement of debt referred to mistakenly in the MDMN financials as involving 750M shares, involved 7.5M shares, and occurred in Q1 2015

UPDATE:

The most recent MDMN filings state:

During the year 2015, the Company accepted 750 million shares of newly issued Cerro Dorado, Inc. in exchange for payment of a $151,325 receivable. At the time they were received, the shares had a value of $593,100, leaving an extraordinary gain to the Company of $441,775. These shares are on deposit in the Company’s brokerage account.

MDMN’s filing is inconsistent with itself as previously pointed out by Wiz, MG, etc. in regard to 75M vs. 7.5M. I have no idea how to reconcile CDCH’s statement that there was $593,100 in debt and MDMNs statement of a “$151,325 ‘receivable’” and the rest about “extraordinary gain”. Maybe it was beer thirty when they put together MDMN’s filing.

Finish your work Auryn, please.

Thanks for clearing that up for me CHG

Anyone else wondering when CDCH share price will exceed MDMN share price? Even more interesting question wh will CDCH share volume traded exceed that of MDMN share volume in a given month?

My last post/comment on this topic. If 15% of AMC = $100,000M+ (hypotheticals I know), then wouldn’t/shouldn’t AMC’s eventual value (according to CDCH’s deal) be $667M? Interestingly, CDCH’s current market value of $50M/$667M = .074 - ring a bell?

Please forgive me as I am a neophyte in regards to this stuff. How does owning 5% of a private company help us shareholders?

Because we’re privy to 5% of their earnings.

Maybe it’s just simple math here, but $593,100 / 7.5M shares = $0.07908 / share, a price that CDCH has certainly traded at in recent memory. It’s nonsense for several reasons, but it seems like this is what’s going on nonetheless.

EDIT: Copied and pasted too quickly

simple math here, but $593,100 / 750M shares = $0.07908 / share

That makes 2 of us. Hoping that MDMN follows suit.

Huge thanks Baldy. Can’t express enough appreciation for the work you’ve done with CDCH! AND for keeping us all in the loop with your DD.

Thanks again.

Let’s hope our volume and price rise continues As we head towards .20… Sounds good to me.

WOW, CDCH = $0.165 & MDMN = $0.156! As my good friend Spicoli says “AWESOME, Totally AWESOME”

I think somebody forgot a zero again, happens a lot around here! :fearful:
