double points for you then - three pointer maybe since you Michigan folks like your roundball
Mike. Over twenty or so years stuck in this investment and you still seem to be unable to learn any lessons. Not only do you continue to rely on Les for the latest next week nonsense but you also seem to rely on these financials like they are actually credible. First of all, 750M shares would be valued at $5.93M million not $593k so, we should assume they meant 75M shares. These debts were already resolved many months ago. As Iâve stated in the past a little common sense goes a long way. Use itâŚ
HaâŚtoo slow! See above. Perhaps you didnât notice the smiley face?
Story of my life. Now back to my summer vacation
Havenât these guys received enough form us shareholders!?
On a side note Gold moving up
And the conversion for these shares would be at over 2 cents so there would actually be an extraordinary loss for $75k. THE MORONS RUNNING MDMN SHOULD BE LOCKED IN A CLOSET UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO EXIT FROM THIS INVESTMENT.
CDCH ASK now @ .0169
Response
âThe capitalization of Cerro Chile is 5,000 shares total. As a result of the ownership transfer, Juan is no longer associated and CDCH owns 99.8%. The remaining ten shares are held in CDCHâs trusteeâs name as it is required by Chilean law that at least one individual or entity who is legalized under Chilean law be a shareholderâ
Exactly as we hoped (and previously speculated). AMC is taking out the trash (JJ) to the common shareholderâs benefit as they move to control the mountain.
Glad Iâm a Cerro Holder. Sheâs moving up nicely
Thank you very much Baldy John M.!
Thank you. It does, although only one shoulder.
Deepest appreciation as always to you for staying on top of things John!
If MDMN accepted some newly issued shares of CDCH sometime last year does anyone know if the number of shares outstanding is still 274,265,640 or has it changed since Sept.?
CDCH Shareholder Census for The Mining Play
From CDCH filings:
As of December 31, 2014, there were 263,279,928 shares of Common Stock
As of March 31, 2015, there were 274,265,640 shares of Common Stock
In the Apr 27th filing for Q1 2015, ended Mar 31, 2015, it says:
2015
250,000 shares were issued for cash, pursuant to a subscription agreement, at $.02 per share 1,250,000 shares were issued for cash, pursuant to a subscription agreement, at $.02 per share 793,650 shares were issued for services rendered at $.0252 per share
992,063 shares were issued for services rendered at $.0252 per share
7,500,000 shares were issued to settle $593,100 of debt, at a valuation of $.07908 per share 200,000 shares were issued to settle $20,000 of debt, at a valuation of $.10 per share
So the settlement of debt referred to mistakenly in the MDMN financials as involving 750M shares, involved 7.5M shares, and occurred in Q1 2015
UPDATE:
The most recent MDMN filings state:
During the year 2015, the Company accepted 750 million shares of newly issued Cerro Dorado, Inc. in exchange for payment of a $151,325 receivable. At the time they were received, the shares had a value of $593,100, leaving an extraordinary gain to the Company of $441,775. These shares are on deposit in the Companyâs brokerage account.
MDMNâs filing is inconsistent with itself as previously pointed out by Wiz, MG, etc. in regard to 75M vs. 7.5M. I have no idea how to reconcile CDCHâs statement that there was $593,100 in debt and MDMNs statement of a â$151,325 âreceivableââ and the rest about âextraordinary gainâ. Maybe it was beer thirty when they put together MDMNâs filing.
Finish your work Auryn, please.
Thanks for clearing that up for me CHG
Anyone else wondering when CDCH share price will exceed MDMN share price? Even more interesting question wh will CDCH share volume traded exceed that of MDMN share volume in a given month?
My last post/comment on this topic. If 15% of AMC = $100,000M+ (hypotheticals I know), then wouldnât/shouldnât AMCâs eventual value (according to CDCHâs deal) be $667M? Interestingly, CDCHâs current market value of $50M/$667M = .074 - ring a bell?
Please forgive me as I am a neophyte in regards to this stuff. How does owning 5% of a private company help us shareholders?
