Been trying to clarify for myself what MDMN has a 15% interest in. Looking back at the chronology of the MDMN updates, this is what I found.
August 1, 2014 update:
Announcement of the option agreement with Auryn. 15% interest in the ADL properties
January 17, 2015 update:
At the direction of Auryn, MDMN enters an option agreement with NUOCO to acquire the remaining 85% of their outstanding shares. This to further consolidate the claims on the mountan. No mention of a change in the description of the 15%.
September 17, 2015 update:
This is the first mention that our 15% is now Auryn stock. This is the result of the plan for MDMN to acquire the 85% of NUOCO.
February 1, 2016 update:
Auryn announces that they have acquired the 85% of NUOCO directly. Description of our 15% changes back to an interest in the ADL properties.
February 25, 2016 update:
Our 15% is again described as an interest holder in the ADL project.
Conclusion:
When the plan was for MDMN to acquire the remaining 85% of NUOCO, our 15% was going to be in Auryn stock. When Auryn decided to purchase the 85% of NUOCO directly, our 15% went back to an interest in the ADL properties.
