MDMN - 2016-05-16 Weekly Discussion

Very positive MDMN SP projections for sure.
Just curious, do you believe a similar SP trend will occur for CDCH shares over the next 2 years?
Or will it even be better?

You really think there’s going to be any excess cash laying around when you’re trying to prove up a property and develop it??? Why would AMC want to see MDMN’s share price increase when they can buy it on the cheap?? I’d only put out the bare minimum required and take control of MDMN so when I wanted the 25% back, it wouldn’t be much of a hit.
My 1.5 cents

Thought I’d fill in for L&G ,as he’s been lagging in the Negative Nellie department of late

Shall we wait and see what’s in the contract first? 5 years is quite enough time to come up with some reserves, especially if cash flow from early exploitation is going primarily into drilling, fully delineating targets and advancing exploration to feasibility. This is a very large project that will have many developments announced as time progresses. AURYN’s been very methodical in it’s approach and come a long way in just two years. The next two years will start an entirely new phase now that all the claims have been consolidated.

As we progress toward full scale production AURYN will provide updates regarding costs, mine life, and reserves.

10X + in 2 years is OK with me.

!5 X is OK, too!

Hoping to meet a few of you complainers at the SHM.

In addition, we will be updating our shareholders regarding possible cash distributions after the first quarter of full production.

The additional 5% within 5 years would not even be mentioned if it were not in the closing agreement. Doesn’t matter if we see this contract or not, although a Spanish version is publicly available on record.

Furthermore, as part of the Agreement, Medinah has a 5-year option to acquire an additional 5% equity stake in AURYN’s capital structure for U.S. $50,000,000 (fifty million dollars).

If there wasn’t a possibility of early exploitation flowing this amount of cash into MDMN within this 5 year time frame, it would be absurd for this to even be included. I do not expect anything to flow in the first several years, except to drilling and exploration, however I’m willing to be pleasantly surprised. Draw your own conclusion. I’m waiting to see what unfolds and make decisions after AURYN’s presentation at the SHM.

Why is there another visit to Chile by the BOD. Anybody know?

I do not know the reason for the trip but The MO is to update shareholdes shortly after. So look for news end of this week or early next week.

Any guesses who updates us? Medinah or Auryn? Any news at this point will be gladly appreciated, to say the least. I am sick and tired of trading below .02 with no clear bottom in…

If you have been paying attention you know the answer to your question.

I know that Gary’s going down, was told for several reasons… So vague is again the word for the day, do not know when his return date is or even if it matters…

One possibility of one of things that Gary is up to…Note that Gary is not only on the BOD of Medinah and Auryn but also American Sierra Gold.

I would be surprised if Masglas/Auryn doesn’t acquire the properties they have. (If they don’t, they are dumber than they look especially with the placer properties contiguous to the Alto) Medinah has a 23% ownership of American Sierra Gold so could help Medinah some as well.

Recall this: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMNP/news/Update-on-Caren-Pangue-Claims?id=114727&b=y

Also note Masglas announced this…don’t know if related or not:

“MASGLAS is also negotiating at the present time, the acquisition of 100% interest in two mining projects, which are scheduled to be closed on or before July, 2016.”

No relation to AMNP properties.

Kevin seems like you know something. Why do you think they went to chile again?

My comment was about the quote Mike used relating it to his theory that MASGLAS may be acquiring AMNP’s properties. I know that the quote above does not refer to AMNP’s properties.

Although the quote doesn’t pertain to the properties, I would be surprised if that isn’t some of the business at hand
