Kevin, thank you for all the hours of research, meetings, shepherding, personal sacrifices, and extensive due diligence you have done over the many, many years.
I have no doubt that you will remain objective and professional in your communication with shareholders. This truly is another new transition page from past &%%%* we have endured to a professionally run exploration and mining company. I would urge those shareholders who find so many faults, to stand back and look at the overall pattern of Aurynâs takeover. This is real progress, not an instant fantasy solution for the future.
With great respect and gratitude,
Peter
What Peter said.
Thank you Taff
The bantering between shareholders on this board is by far the most Romper Room thing in Medinahland these days, imo.
Congrats Kevin. I think youâre well suited to the task.
Kevin. I hope you continue your objectivity in this new role. Is there a chance you will continue in this capacity until we are bought out?

Congrats Kevin. I think youâre well suited to the task.
[/quote]âŚand you too HR! Canât say Thank You loud enough for past, present and future contributions to this forum (and all the others).
We could not have anyone who cares about the shareholders that Kevin
We could not have anyone who cares more about the shareholders than Kevin. Also remember I canât type or read what I have typed any more
âTo all of you, it was a pleasure sharing with you, sparring with you, and offending you.
Seriously though, apologies to those who Iâve rubbed wrong. Unfortunately sometimes thatâs how families roll â and even though Iâm now advocating from a different position â youâll always be family.â
Thank you and good luck. You will still be helping us maybe no so much on Mining Play as before but your voice will still be heard and now more louder than ever.
MEDINAH Retains Communications Director
Shareholder Notification â July 15, 2016
MEDINAH is pleased to announce the retaining of Kevin Tupper as interim Communications Director. Kevin will be responsible for all of MEDINAHâs internal and external communications and the technology that supports them. In addition Kevin will serve as a valuable contributor to business strategy and shareholder relations.
This is an interim position with a monthly salary of $1.00. There is no further compensation. As a long time shareholder of MEDINAH, Kevin agreed to fill this role to help MEDINAH fulfill its vision of becoming a profitable holding company without incurring any further debt or dilution.
âMy goal is to ensure timely, clear, and transparent communications to MEDINAHâs shareholders while AURYN successfully explores, develops, and exploits the Altos de Lipangue mining districtâ, stated Kevin. âI am delighted to help the company in this way. As a 25% equity holder in AURYN, MEDINAH and its shareholders have a very bright future. â
I apologise if my harsh comments offended you. Itâs seemed obvious that you had become involved in our new communications. Iâm totally confident that you have common shareholders best interest in mind. However, updates addressing past rumors are very digressional. Some of us have been dying to get the old BOD out of the picture. Yesterdayâs update brought it front a center. Iâm certainly not going to tell you how to do your job but it seems that simply following AMCâs updates is the best way to receive accurate and timely updates on this investment. Iâm sure youâll find some other, creative ways, to keep people informed but really hope, in the future, you steer away from the stale rumors from the message board. Let me know if can provide any help.
Iâve addressed these before and, given that most of you posts on this board seem to focus on my âtactâ vs. anything meaningful to the investment, Iâm surprised you donât already know this.
-
Iâve always said the âmountain will succeed despite management.â I continue to think that.
-
I initially got involved because I thought the BOD would no longer be involved (one of the many BS JV rumors).
-
I grossly underestimated the extent of the BODâs incompetence. I knew Les was a crook but I did not appreciate JJâs shadiness. An error on my part.
-
I grossly underestimated the gullibility of the majority of the shareholder base who willfully believed all of the crap being said by the board. My perceived frustration with some shareholders stems front the fact that this passiveness directly contributed to the bloated capital structure and hole we are now digging ourselves out of. Yet, many of these folks are still the most active posters on this forum.
Welcome to penny stock land. Iâm not going to say it hasnât been educational but I donât think Iâll be making another trip.
Kevin, thanks for taking on your new role with Medinah. I will sleep better knowing that MDMN shareholders have someone we can be confident in to look out for the shareholdersâ interests. Thanks for all your efforts up to this point. You are a good man.
Koodoos Kevin;
Couldnât have happened to a nicer guy.
Hopefully it will transform into a windfall for you.
All the best,
Rod
John;
You bought 448,307 shares of Cerro, congrats.
John,
As you should have ascertained over the years is that many cannot learn from the post because they cannot get past the tone of the post. I have personally dressed up more post than I can count just so that your very informative posts could stay up instead of being deleted (I let many stand if there was a post directed your way you felt it necessary to respond to), I know you do not appreciate this but I would rather have the info on the board. You have many supporters, some who like youâre writing style, many who do not, it is up to you how you respond to this critique, but please in the future no more personal passages that implies other posters are not as important and involved as others.
As to your pointsâŚ
- We now have new management so can we now put the old rhetoric of the past to rest unless there is a specific incident that make such remarks prudent?
- As to 2,4,5 (What the hell happened to 3), Your expertise in the field should have helped you in this department, but you admittedly were suckered in⌠How do you think the rest of us feel, and for those grasping at the rumors (such as you admit you did) you should have more compassion instead of blaming them for the bloated capital structure. There are many here that have been very active over the years at addressing various points of concern and a hope that they will someday at least break even, for many it is to late, but blaming them does not help.
For All
We strive to let all voices be heard, lets all be more constrained in the way we address others on this board.
BTW this was meant to be an informative board not a daily bash board, there are clearly other boards for that.
THX GCâŚ
In case you havenât been following the past two days of discussions, the âeventâ was the recent update addressing PAST rumors. I offered an opinion to its level of professionalism and was rebutted by, the author (not surprisingly), the individual who asked the question addressed in the update, and the usual cast of characters. I donât think defending my position should be discouraged. I have NO problem sticking with the future which is best articulated through AMCâs updates. Iâd encourage others to do the same. Have a nice weekend.
There is a difference between being optimistic (the mountain will succeed despite the BOD) and overtly derogatory(the BOD sucks -which most shareholders already know). Weâve all heard your repetitive analysis of the BODâs past mistakes and how theyâve had a negative effect on this investment. Healthy pessimisim is different from personal attacks which many of your posts seem to have adopted as part of your persona. I believe you are different from your persona and could be more effective and persuasive in voicing your expertise if you left out many of the derisive attacks. IMO
At last check, work on the Caren is suppose to restart today.
No significant weather is expected possibly for the next ten days. Windy: Wind map & weather forecast
The storm system tomorrow is expected to fall apart just as it reaches the Santiago area.
