For the life of me - I can’t understand why you continue to be invested here. You yourself stated that there was no hope for the future.

You HAVE made your point - repeatedly! This subject is closed until the shm. That is the only opportunity to get actual answers to your concerns, so stop browbeating other members here. It does nothing constructive.
This dead horse is hamburger, again…

Remember when many here said, enough is enough, get us a deal, ANY deal?
Well this is what it is. Of course there are still questions to be answered BY THE PROPER OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVES. we are getting our NEW BOD, now they need time to look into things and present at the shm, get elected, then get grilled by concerned sh as needed.

Been bid sitting all afternoon. .0121 seems to be a good bet. If the price goes up, great! but I’m not going to hit the ask down here.

Paltry volume today btw…

Is there an “Ignore” feature on this site?

I can’t find one, but hopefully you won’t need it much.

I have not posted in a long time because I feel even thou things have changed and the past is finally put to bed we are now at the mercy of AMC . I agree we should be in good hands, but I also agree with everything you just posted. There needs to be accountability to MDMN shareholders and hopefully our new BOD will take those reins by the hand on that front. I am still waiting to see the final contract with all the new terms posted, so we can all see exactly what the deal is besides the major basic talking points. For example are there non-performance contingencies, are there penalties for not reaching any goal, and are there clearly set goals that AMC must reached by such and such time? Things are getting clearer, but we still need to see what is behind the curtain. JMO

you dont have a choice non of us do. we either take what we got or sell. THESE are the options. IT SUCKS but do we have a choice. WTF is going to waste money to try and get this righted? I’m in the red not happy been around for around 10 years at this point. ITS LOWER then when I first bought my shares but what are my choices here? ONLY saving Grace is Wizzard is helping these guys out getting the message and is doing a fine ass job doing it. HE wouldn’t be wasting his time if he didn’t believe we are safe here!! Happy SUMMER see you when we get news. I dont give a shit about nothing else I dont want to know the mountain I dont want to know who is who. I tried all that shit in the past. I’ll friigin keep an eye on the share price when it finally catches up PEACE OUT!

Amazing that 1.5 million is on the ASK @ .0128 very sickening!

Here’s a piece of advice from a long termer. Unless you’re planning on selling or buying don’t look at the price. What’s the point…just put it on the backburner and ignore it. I’m all about reducing stress these days

Agreed, and most here are confident that cash dividends will be issued once the business decision is made during the process of managing to budget.

Agreed again. Cash dividends appears not to be a short term priority of AMC or its majority shareholder. Mining preparation and production in order to work toward profits does appear to be short and long term priorities of AMC that will lead to a successful and long mining operation capable of paying long term dividends to both its majority and minority shareholders alike.

Here you appear to have your own disconnect. You identify the problem as, " Medinah, not being able to control when it can use its portion of the profits for this objective", but you post this as if AMC will not issue a dividend to Medinah or has some kind of control over Medinah’s dividend once issued. Masglas is the majority shareholder of AMC and they can only receive funds from production in one of two ways. Either as repayment of loans made to AMC or as Dividends. If AMC transfers funds from production to Masglas to repay loans then CapEx cost are paid down but if AMC transfers funds to Masglas that are not toward paying down CapEx loan cost then it will be in the form of dividends. Masglas can not receive a dividend from AMC without Medinah receiving their dividend share as well. The flip side of this is that Medinah can not receive a dividend without Masglas receiving a dividend. Just to make the math easy, as a 25% shareholder of AMC, for Medinah to receive a $25 Million dollar dividend from AMC then AMC would have to pay out $100 million dollars in dividends. You move the numbers around and make it fit what ever the dividend you wish to see Medinah receive and then look at the total dividend that AMC will be paying out to make that happen. While AMC is treating this as a business that is moving forward with a long range plan toward production and profits, how much of the future of the operation would you suggest AMC sacrifice to address your recommendation that they prop up Medinahs share price now?

Once MASGLAS and MEDINAH both receive their share of dividends paid out by AMC they each have total control as to what they each will do with the funds to move to accomplish whatever objective they independently choose to address.

Wow… .0122 on the ask…Get them while they are cheap. It “seems” like .012 is our bottom. Although, every time I think we have a bottom, we fall through it. Pretty shocking price, considering everything that has happened…
