Yes, but it’s not a PR.
Oh ,there’s life, keep on going Auryn.
FYI, the Chile Explore Report reaches far more eyeballs, and more significant and regional industry eyeballs, than Auryn’s “PRs” which are currently limited to merely a website update…probably only read by Auryn, MDMN and CDCH shareholders at this point. Auryn is a private company. PRs are relatively meaningless for private companies. Articles in industry trade rags are far greater in exposure and importance for a private company.
10 bagger from here puts me closer to even. Beggars can’t be choosers at this time.

Nobody knows where this stock will go. Too many uncertainties. We don’t even know Auryn value. Go Dodgers!
This is just totally my opinion and idea. It has been said many times on this board that Auryn is heavily invested in this project (and us), has many reasons for this stock to go higher, and I believe we have sound management, with years of experience, who KNOW the values in those mountains; therefore, I believe those of you who are hoping for a 10 bagger, are actually WAY low. I believe we are going to be rewarded in a much larger way, maybe 20-50 times or more, where our price is now. Like I said, this is just a feeling and opinion I have, so please don’t attack me and ask me to “prove” it. I can’t. I have been buying this stock since 2008, and remember hoping I could get up to 300,000 shares before it took off. I surpassed that years ago, and now have more shares than I ever thought possible(because of our low share prices). But I have always thought that this will one day be a great investment. There have been some close calls, but somehow some of you and new management have always found a way to pull us out. Thank You. ldras
Let’s Auryn unveil there masterplan first.
Was your buddy Patrick V by any chance?
The notion that a newly-appointed CEO must be from the same industry vertical is a bit short-sighted and not necessarily a measure of a company’s success or immediate needs. A company like Auryn seems to have plenty of mining industry experience surrounding the company. But who of them have experience in building up and expanding a company? Any company, not just a mining company?
Generally speaking, miners explore, mine, handle mining regulations, acquire nice prospective properties, etc. But how much experience does the Auryn leadership have in bringing a company public? Or building a company up from a handful of employees focused on mining and morphing into a much larger company that requires a build up of human capital, business infrastructure, policies & procedures, public relations, investor relations, corporate governance, and so forth?
Rob McEwen was an investment banker before he founded Gold Corp. Sam Walsh, former CEO of Rio Tinto, was in the automotive industry for 20 years before being appointed CEO. Jeff Bezos of Amazon was a hedge fund manager before founding Amazon. Heck, our own Kevin Tupper didn’t have any mining experience when he took over as CEO of Medinah, but he filled a gap that was sorely needed for the company. There are countless other examples we could all dig up of cross-industry appointments.
If Auryn is going to grow organically, they will need leadership that fills gaps that aren’t necessarily fillable by augmentation of another mining professional on their staff. Sure, having industry experience would be helpful, but it is apparent that Mr. Conetta was hired for other reasons, bringing an apparently missing skillset to Auryn’s table. No offense to Maurizio, but I’m not sure he’s the man to bring Auryn public. I could be wrong, but I want Maurizio out at mining conferences networking and negotiating deals. I want him in the foothills of ADL working with geologists on the next exploration and extraction targets. I want him scouting Chile for prospective properties for Auryn’s pipeline. As far as bringing Auryn public and giving shareholders a long-awaited return on their investment, I want someone who has experience in that realm. From Mr. Conetta’s resume, it seems like he has the experience to do so…and he’s already jumped industries and has proven to be successful.
Great Post Rick! I was thinking the same, but you shed some pretty good light on him on what else he can bring to the table. . Let me ask you a question what do you think Auryn next move is? Tia
I’m not sure what their next move is to be honest. I’m cautiously optimistic we’ll start hearing more about their plan on going public. I would also like to hear how they’re attacking ADL and what the status is with ramping up production. I know we’ve been paralyzed in silent mode and that can get frustrating for shareholders, but things are coming to a head this quarter. The article in the recent Chile Explore Report stated that Auryn is ramping up production in the next few weeks. There apparently were delays related to building out the mine (chimneys and escape tunnels). Hopefully those days are behind them, or at least will be in the upcoming weeks. They also said in the PR thanking Kevin that shareholders will hear more about their efforts on going public in the upcoming quarter. Either way, the expectation has been set that we should start hearing things in the current quarter. I don’t think we wait much longer. Hopefully the new CEO will be focused on public and shareholder relations as the company moves towards going public. I will be very disappointed if we don’t hear anything by the New Year.
As always great stuff Rick Thank you!
I got this from Kevin this morning. Thought I would get Kevin’s perspective. It backs up what HR posted. Not that HR needs backup.
"I have spoken with Dante a couple of times. He is (was) the CEO of Liderman. Auryn uses Liderman for security on the ADL.
He’s legit. Just check out Liderman. They are a VERY large and profitable security company in Latin America and serve several major mining companies.
He will be as tolerant and supportive of MDMN as Maurizio. Also Maurizio is no less active as before. We needed to expand the team as things grow and move forward.
I so hope you are on the money. No pun intended !!! You are now my fav the mining play member…

Here’s a list of Liderman Clients. Some big names there that Donte and his company had to oversee
A miracle happened and I did not need to sell. It bought me a little time.
Note that the Carlyle Group is tied to Lederman and that is big money.
Glad you’re still here whatever! Yes, this news from yesterday is Big. This guy is a Big Fish. The 4th quarter is starting to come to fruition as we are marching towards the goal line and this time we are going to score the touchdown. No more on the 1/2 line Auryn will cross the plane and no there will be no reviews. Here’s to the 4th quarter everyone!
Those who speak Spanish can gain an impression of the new Auryn CEO
No it was not him.
7 million shares on the BID @ .0045 that’s the biggest BID I’ve seen since that 60 million awhile back.
