Need Help with MDMN Certs. Direct Investment (RBC) does not accept physical certs and requires MDMN certs to be digital certs. Pacific Stock transfer advised that MDMN does not participate in electronic transfers to brokers via either FAST/DWAC or DRS. They say my broker will need to accept physical certs. Not sure what the answer is. Does anyone have a broker who will accept physical certs?
Hi Ktown - Last year I checked with Schwab and asked about this for my brother, who lives in Florence, AL. They said he needs to take his certs in-person to Schwabâs Memphis branch, the closest to him. I donât see why it would be any different now, but it wouldnât hurt to give them a call.

They are sucking out any shares they can on the âgrey marketâ Half a Million shares for $0.49 Shares âtradingâ at One Hundred Millionth of a cent. for $50 !!!
I think we paid more for those shares than that !
Its all part of a âgrand strategyâ. LOL. Am I the only one who makes an effort to hold BB accountable for all of his past âstatementsâ? Wake up folks.
I would advise the MDMN BOD to spend the $$ to get current on their filing. Maybe try to justify the compensation they are expecting down the road.
Full disclosure. Iâm reaching out to my prime broker to see if I can buy shares at .0001 (equivalent of 2.5 cent per share in AUMC which, IMO, is attractive). I donât think .000001 is a reasonable expectation but somebody is buying at that level!!
The âexpert marketâ technically allows buying but it requires several additional steps. A lot easier to sell. Iâm guessing that I might be able to find shares but not at any sizeable quantum.
Iâm a loud buyer at .0001 given the risk/reward and arbitrage vs. CDCH. Iâm admittedly suprised that CDCH has held steady (not gone down) given this market dynamic IF (big IF) there is the ability to buy MDMN through direct contact with a market maker.
Its a fun excercise either way and Iâll report back.

I will accept the rebuke in the spirit in which it was made. I would change my language and not use the word fake. I would use the word illegitimate (which I have used previously). I was in a bit of a hurry this morning.
Either way, MDMN has to take the position of the illegitimacy of the shares, requiring the persons/entities who received the shares to prove they secured them as a bona fide purchaser for value. Which, IMO, for the various reasons I have stated in earlier posts as well as other members reasons, the persons/entities will have a difficult time proving; however, the point of my post goes to finding these persons/entities from whom we claw back the shares. MDMN needs info and docs quickly so any illegitimate share do not continue to be sold into the market, thus making them legitimate shares. IMO, MDMN needs to go to every former officer and BOD member, except you know who, and say give us everything you have RE anybody who may have gotten shares and we wonât lump you in with them. IMO, it gives MDMN a chance to get the most shares clawed back in the shortest time, for the least cost.
Lastly, congratulations Kevin! I hope you will continue to provide a fair and balanced approach to MDMN business which you brought to your time here.
Amazing 8 years later and still issues with our shares!
MDMNJaded, thank you for your Help with this Certificate thing. I live in B.C. Canada and I donât think Schwab is up here. Really not sure what to do.
Iâm going to jump in here after a long absence and just say the obvious; we finally got some good news and a clear pathway to production.
I would follow Mr. Baldyâs comments at this point going forward to keep from getting overly optimistic as a long slough remains.
Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, Happy New Yearâs and Happy EasterâŚthen maybe Cheers is in order? Till then,
Yours Truly, Mike GoldâŚ
I see it a little differently, Jimmy. Making an assumption presents something as an absolute claim as if itâs already true. But thatâs not how BB posts his research/opinions. If you were to go back through his posts, he always makes a disclaimer of some kind. Note he started that paragraph with âWhat this suggestsâŚâ There are two words that are similar, yet very differentâŚ
An assumption is a claim that something is true or âcertain to happen.â
A suggestion is an idea offered for consideration, not as a certain fact.
Gold running hard today! Letâs hope it continues into next year!
Oh no, I forgot about that. Does Canada have a similarly prominent brokerage? After just a quick google, I see Questrade, Qtrage, Scotia iTrade Corp, Wealthsimple. Would any of those help?
If not, hopefully you donât live far from the US border. The certs should be legitimate no matter if they were purchased in CA or USA.
Thanks, MDMNJaded
Good to hear from you Mike, hope all is well with you and yours.
Cheers,
Rod
Gold close to breaking 2600!
And our gold is worth ??? Melt some of the rocks down & sell the F*cking gold !!! & as said before, put MDMN back on the market ! How can a major ownership of a company let this happen ? & Screw the shareholders, unless perhaps AURYN is the ones picking up the shares for One Hundred Millionth of a cent !!!
Pretty pathetic if you ask me! Iâll give them the money to put us current.
And what is their reason they let mdmn drift into the expert market? Who has taken this decision and why? We should all send them emails requesting they relist mdmn. What a bunchâŚâŚ
Maybe Kevin who speaks to MC can come out from hiding and explain why they took this course of action before any production has commenced.
Donât lose sight of the fact that mdmn is now a holding company which owns only auryn shares.
Excellent reminder Cabe. What better way to get the stock price increasing for AUMC than to make its stock the only way to participate in our mining venture. Remember also, the higher the value of AUMC the less shares MDMN has to sell to pay off their debts.
Hi Cabezon and Zotron,
Good points. Also recall the overall game plan.
Stockpile a bunch of extremely high-grade ore on-site anticipating the construction of an FF plant.
Get the plant FUNDED and PERMITTED.
Build the plant and go into extremely high-grade PRODUCTION, preferably at a time when the POG is going nuts.
Become fully-reporting with the SEC. This makes the allocation and distribution of Medinahâs âAUMCâ shares go much easier. The SECâs mandates are to provide âfair and orderly marketsâ and provide investor protection. From the SECâs point of view, the Medinah shareholders receiving âAUMCâ shares need the protection afforded by Auryn filing audited financials.
Seek out a higher trading venue in order to attract more mature investors. Many institutional investors canât touch an issuer that isnât fully reporting.
