B-b-b-b-but Easy - my picture looks prettier than yours!
3rd Quarter just ended - weāll be treated with an update pretty soon!
Things to look for:
(1) FORTUNA - Status of mineral extraction, they were aiming for 1,000 tonnes per month by the beginning of the 4th Quarter. Are we there yet?
(2) FORTUNA - Supplemental exploitation permit, aimed at increasing production to 3,000 tonnes per month. Was it filed? Status?
(3) CAREN - Application was filed for extraction at the rate of 1,000 tonners per month - and thought would be give to scaling up once extraction begins. Has it begun yet? Thoughts on scaling?
(4) FLOTATION PLANT and MAIN WAREHOUSE - Construction had begun (concrete was being poured) as of the July 15, 2025 update - how has this progressed? Done yet?
(5) TAILINGS DAM - Construction was scheduled for September - was this begun? Status?
Lots of good things to look forward to.
I guess if youāre Chicken Little, maybe you think the sky is gonna fall and we will never get to the place where weāre actually converting ore to money. In the face of all the hard facts and evidence we have (and have seen), I guess itās a free country and you can choose to occupy your mind with that. Not me. Reality is a great place. Itās happening.
Gold breaking another record 3900. Are we going to see 4000 this week and a nice juicy update?
I would like to see PRās. The updates are seen by us and no impact on share price.
Hey Jimmy, please can you do the math for me on what the stock pile will be worth when Gold hits 4000. We are almost there.
At 20,000 tons at 10GPT its worth just under $26million. Enough to pay back the $10 million owed to MC, the $130 thousand owed to those who have been paying the bills, the $4 million for the new plant and about half the $20million owed for the service agreement.
Thatās just the top line revenue figure. You didnt factor in AISC.
Nevertheless, very impressive figure. Especially since the 10gpt might be conservative and a fair amount of the AISC pertaining to that stockpile are already rolled up into the MC loan. There will still be some significant transportation costs to factor in. But Iād say that pile should net us $15M+
Howās that pile of rock looking today ![]()
yeap but whereās the news? without news even 10,000 gold will do nothing. All gold and silver miners are climbing and here we are waiting for an update that probably wont do anything to the share price. Sorry but just being realistic from past experiences with this company. Hard to believe that no major or other miner have not expressed interest on other parts of the property. Itās time to release the PR machine!!!
Getting caught up. Looks like Auryn has posted some more info on progress, thatās good. I wish they had pics showing more progress, but progress has been made. Based upon whatās been posted and the pace of progress, IMO, it doesnāt seem like they will get the plant installed and running until after the 4th qtr at the earliest. Hopefully the upcoming update will provide greater clarity on the timeline.
Where is this post you speak of? Nothing has been posted recently on Aurynās website.
I couldnāt find anything either, what is going to happen to our MDMN shares, I have over 20 million?
Good gracious, the Auryn share price sure is creeping up nicely. I wonder if eagles that have no hair (and other wild life) are buying these days. After all this drama, it sure wouldnāt surprise me.
Good for Auryn. There is still plenty of drama without share conversion!!!
This hairless Eagle remains on the sidelines.
After being in the penatly box for the past several months its apparent that I need to be very delicate in my contributions. Not suprisingly, in my absence, the speculative froth (dividends, P/E of 30, stratospheric share price forecasts, etc) has overflowed any semblance of reality, amongst the same cast of characters. Its a very predictable, multi-decade, rinse and repeat which always ends in the same outcome.
Thereās zero doubt that a plant is being built. Based on the pictures from August and September I would guess that the plant is completed in February and commissioned March -June/July. I feel a bit vindicated in my position, over the past year, that production would be a 2026 event (despite endless attacks and claims of an ulterior motive). I would also note they are still waiting on permits.
Thereās also zero doubt that the smaller miners (from explorations to production) have started to benefit as money has finally trickled downstream.
On several occasions Iāve referenced a Peruvian company where Iām a director and large shareholder, that was on a similar timeline to AUMCās āguidanceā in building a mill. This company has provided detailed updates every other week to keep the market abreast of their progress. The stock has rallied from 4 cents to 50 cents over the past 4 months. Their plant will be completed by December and commissioned in January.
AUMC has ticked up on very small volume but I still believe there will be ample opportunity to invest, at these levels, over the next 6 months, before they reach production. Its worth noting that the ārallyā from 52 week lows was on the back of less than 100k shares (or $50k). Beyond the production milestone, AUMC will need to provide clarity on several points before it can be considered an āinvestableā stock. Nobody actually understands the current liabilities. Alongside Maurizioās ballooning loan (now over $10M), investors have received ZERO details on the debt facility nor the āservice relatedā obligations ($20M). You can talk about price to earnings ratios of 30x (which is laughable) until you are blue in the face BUT real money will not invest until there is full transparency of the obligations. The market will need to see a mine plan, even in rudimentary form, before any real money is able to forecast future production, cash flows, AISCs, and profitablity. Without this visibility the stock is not investable. Iāll punt on any discussion of MDMN which is a dark hole of significantly greater magnitude. Iād point out that MDMN isnāt investable but, in fact, its actually not possible to invest.
The claim that AUMC is simply an "āundiscoveredā asset ready to explode is categorically false. The Peruvian company traded similar volume to AUMC. However, with regular updates, the market took notice, and money flowed into the company because it was an investable stock. AUMC will inevitably be discovered but, without proper disclosure, it wonāt make much of a difference. This needs to be a priority for the company and, no, AUMC wonāt be throwing off so much capital that they can simply buy back undervalued shares. Lots of bills to pay before that is an option.
I look forward to reviewing the next quarterly update and hope, for investorsās sake, there are a LOT more details to digest. There has been a lot of reference to this 20,000 ton stockpile. I wonāt speculate on the grade but, I find it a bit concerning, after sifting through all of the posted pictures, satellite photos, and even aerial drone footage, that this magical pile of rocks is nowhere to be seen. Iām sure the resident cheerleaders will come up with a lot of āplausibleā explanations so, for context, I created an AI generated image of what 20k tonnes would look like. Not very easy to hide this pile on top of a very small footprint, on top of a very steep mountain. Food for thought.
Hey John, is that you in front of that pile of dirt ![]()
āAUMC will inevitably be discovered ā¦..ā
Iāll take that. That tends in reason to establish that there is something you believe is worth discovering.
Allow me to humbly suggest: The rules of traditional exploration/mining do not apply to MDMN/Auryn. There will be no drilling of several thousand holes to prove R/R for financial statement purposes, and there will be no published mining plan, save for that which is a prerequisite for a permit. Auryn already has its financing too. They literally broke the mold when it comes to MDMN/Auryn.
And, honestly, I donāt really care about MCās suggested failure to properly promote this stock. When they start sending processed ore to wherever, the income will liquidate whatever debts they have in short order (Iāve previously explained how immaterial these debts are when weāre talking about 70 gpt ore), and then the dividends will start flowing. Then, all prospective investors will have to do is visit their local āstock screenerā to investigate potential high dividend opportunities.
Yeah, I understand itās frustrating for seasoned mining investors when dealing with wildcats (and other wildlife) in this sector, but in my opinion thatās what will end up making us not just a little successful.
Glad to have you around, Mr. Eagle-with-no-Hair - your mere presence is what we in the legal profession refer to as an āadmissionā (c.f. FRE 801).
Have a great day - and letās also enjoy watching the price of gold!
