Does MDMN own some AUMC? If so could they offer us the shares at a discount to satisfy claims against the Company(MDMN). If they do indeed own some AUMC, it would take an age to sell the stock in the open market.
How about Mdmn gives us the shares they’re supposed to which they’ve been in possession of for a long time!!!

Medinah owns 16.4 million AUMC shares which is a 23.56% stake in the company. They also own a little over 10 million shares of American Sierra or “AMNP”. The combined stakes are worth right at $30 million today.

If anything goes awry with AUMC shares distribution the pitchforks will be out and the mine will be shut down for sure.

There’s no way MC will be allowed to profit if the rest of us get screwed. We’ve been screwed over non-stop with impunity. What were the repercussions for Goodin, Chapin and the Les Price Estate? We were defrauded and JJ’s daughter and son in law come out owning everything? Over all of our dead bodies will they be allowed to continue if our shares aren’t delivered. PERIOD
