MDMN - 2016-04-04 Weekly Discussion

Wiz seeing that this contract being finalized and notarized this month do you see the SP moving up?

After all of this, and all these years, are you seriously asking another MP’er how the stock will perform??? Read Cornhusker’s posts, see how the overall metals sector is behaving, then make your own call.

Auryn needs to release their financials to be more transparent this way we will know what our 25% is worth. Do we know who is behind Maglas/Auryn? Their assets, cash, etc…? Maybe our 25% is worth more today than what we think.

Whatwasithinking I’ll say it differently we are to get 25% of what Auryn puts into production here soon now that we are one big family. Correct? Should that not be a catalyst to the SP?? Just asking someone like Wiz who knows a lot more than I do. I would appreciate his comments

Honestly, I’m not too concerned about when the SP starts moving. What I want to see is the development of a real company. The SP will take care of itself with the development of a successful company.

For way too long it’s been nothing but short term BS focused on SP including lies and manipulation from shareholders and rumor mongers to prop it up pump and dump, etc.

Build a real company and give me something solid. That’s what I want to see done.

Thank you Wiz for answering my question!

My two questions to everyone after processing the news is…Is anybody inclined to buy more shares??? AND…Any guesses how long it will take to get to .05…Thanks…

I hope this news will be released on “news wire”. It should be. So far it is not…

My 2 cents. The BOD should be fired and the shareholder should take control and stop this deal. So we now have a 25% equity position that is fully dilutable and no guarantee of profits that will be paid out to MDMN. When will we see positive cashflow is the real question.

We should have countered with a $200 M purchase offer to Auryn and only 5% ownership in Auryn… That sounds like a much better deal to me!

I have had it with these guys!!!

If they know this mountain is truly world class and after today’s release they would be stupid Not too.

Remember they own 210 million shares already

Maybe they have been buying and we don’t know. 62 million shares ring a bell along with these big bids we’ve been seeing lately

Can mdmn sell their shares of cdch back to Auryn to increase their % for any cash?

Not that simply, $100 M was within the next year and half. Who knows when Auryn will be profitable.and have positive cash flow to pay dividends?

Will mdmn be able to dilute shares again???

You’re kidding right? Les has been misleading Ray’s group for years. When people are desperate for info they will continue to rely on a poisoned well. Consider it fortunate that Ray took his “updates” private/off this board when he did.

It’s very easy to put together a controlling block of voting shares, which will happen, that will have the ability to:

A) theoretically overturn this latest deal which won’t happen because, as Wiz has stated, it’s our best and only option.

B) Throw out our disgraced BOD, or what’s left of them which will happen because they can’t be trusted and are grossly incompetent.

C) control further dilution, which will happen because if these crooks try to issue another 100M shares (which I guarantee you they will attempt to do) for outstanding liabilities, there will be an audit uncovering decades of egregious self-dealing

D) control the burn rate going forward which will happen because it shouldn’t cost much more than $200k to run this company with a scaled down but respectable BOD. MDMN is now nothing more than a holding company.

Today’s news wasn’t bad unless you’ve been listening to Les’ hype or the never ending “hopium” about cash dividend and disconnects. This was a necessary step towards reaching tangible value of the mountain and an ultimate exit via a TO.

The market has had it right as it usually does. If we were trading at 7 cents we would have gotten slammed tomorrow but, trading at less than 2 cents, I’m guessing we trade sideways until more details are revealed in May. I’m optimistic.

Okay . . . I’ve talked about reality and building a solid company and getting dividends. Now here is my speculation.

The most important thing is AMC has consolidated this project under one single entity and MDMN owns 25% of that entity. AMC is small. They can handle the mining at Caren. They’ll have to grow to handle the open pits at Fortuna and Merlin. They’ll have to grow even more to handle LDM and a possible 2nd porphyry.

Once the deal is closed I see things accelerating. AMC is going to have to renegotiate and expand the surface rights that MDMN obtained but couldn’t pay for. Once they have those they’ll do the ground work and start to sink some holes into the Pegaso Nero. They’ll also be starting their production (small at first) and increasing until they hit 5K tpm.

It will take a lot of drilling to prove up the porphyry. However, I don’t think it will take a lot of drilling for people to realize that MDMN is worth $0.07 to $0.10 on the Caren / Fortuna / Merlin. A few sweet intersections in the Pegaso Nero and I think a big player will see that $200M to $250M to take out all of MDMN is a cheap entry fee for 25% of AMC.

Thus I’m with Baldy on a TO coming between $0.10 to $0.20 in the next 6 to 12 months. Yes, I’m speculating. But I’d welcome it, even if it is worth more than that in the long-term.

For those of you arguing that its ridiculous because you (like me) bought some shares at $0.17 under the hype of Ulander…that’s thinking doesn’t work. You have to look at where it’s valued today and what you’re starting with. Buying today @ 0.015 for a 6-12 month 4 to 7x return is a pretty good buy.

We’ve got a bit of work to do first before people are willing to speculate like that, but I think it’s work that is now going to get done with AMC soon to be in control of the whole mountain.

Either way . . . hold on and get a penny a share dividend in the next 1-2 years that will last for a decade or more, or take a 6-12 month buyout at $0.10 to $0.20 . . . I’d be delighted.
