MDMN shareholders were mobilizing against the naked short position since 1997 when it was MDHM and MDIN.

How about a discussion on what it will take to get us over .02…Do we expect ANY NEWS from Auryn in the next few weeks??? Mike…Any thoughts???

AURYN has already given its initial guidance as to the milestones. Anything you hear from the Vancouver mill that contradicts that is suspect.

We expect to start mine preparation during the second week of June. Mine preparation will take approximately two months.

The next milestone is the second week of June. Regarding what it will take to get over $0.02+ . . . execution of the business plan. Forget about the fishing expedition we were led on from the Vancouver mill about this and that. Follow AMC’s updates. We’ll get where we need to be in due course. No more BS that we were getting before. Just real execution with real updates.

Thanks Wiz…I agree. As far as I am concerned, the rumor mill NO longer exists or should NOT even be discussed. I was hoping that Auryn would start to update us on a regular basis. Every two weeks would be ideal, but it will most likely be once a month, if we are lucky. I just hope they keep us in the loop, as to anything and everything that is transpiring. We have earned it. Plus, we need to have a bottom in on our share price. There is NO reason for mdmn to be trading under .02 at this time…

Okay - along with the thanks for supporting The Mining Play with the ads, here’s another way to support the site.

Here’s a link to some mining equipment on Amazon!

Any purchases you make whether it’s mining equipment or not will help this site!

By the way, no wonder this site got kicked off of two other hosts and had trouble on ā€œfree forumsā€. Alexa has us ranked as the 182,689 most popular site in the US. That doesn’t sound very high, but it is by traffic. There are billions of sites.

I find the timing of Chapin’s resignation interesting. Why not wait until the shareholders meeting? If there is a strategic reason it’s beyond me. A Logical explanation would be appreciated.

I would guess Chapin’s resignation was decided during the meetings in Chile and was effective May 6. Although, it was not released until May 13th in a shareholder update. Just some more house cleaning that will continue. We are in the big leagues now and we are sending our BOD back to the minors for good…

I appreciate the response. I am looking for a more informative one. I am aware of the timing. Vital and Goodin are still on the board and should also be sent down. Why Chapin? He has been such a major player with checkbook in hand? And the timing has me scratching my head. Anyone have a more plausible thought

The company is now in good hands and there is nothing more for him to do. Yep, it’s really that simple.

Why would Greg wait to resign and have to deal with the pitchfork and torch shareholders who are going to be at the shareholder meeting? People can say this and that about Greg but only he knows what he has done and not done over the years. And yes he has kept things afloat with his checkbook. Could he have been more communicative…YES. I tried to go over and talk to him at the last CDCH Shareholders meeting and although polite you could tell he had had enough of wishing to chat in any manner with shareholders. I was kind and polite to him but he just did not wish to talk. Maybe all these years of him hearing and being harassed by shareholders has taken there toll. Only he has the answers to why he resigned. Not defending him or attacking him. Just MHO.

It turned out to be a thankless job for him and with years trying to keep JJ from destroying the company and endless harassment from shareholders that took a toll!!

Not to mention the millions of dollars he had to expend to keep all of us from losing our entire investment.

He was only waiting for the first chance he could to bail out as long as he felt the company could survive without his financial assistance!

He worked other businesses to earn enough money to keep feeding Medinah, so many of his friends like me and relatives did not lose their investment.

No, he did not do everything perfect as a director, but at least he didn’t quit like most of us would have done!

Not every business deal goes as planned and Medinah had many reasons to fail.

Chapin did keep it alive even though very few shareholders appreciated any of his efforts!

They now have a naked short report as well.

Sure is a rumor! People never want to learn. ole Lester still playing his games.

Lean you’ll know when it happens until then it’s all BS

I would like to point out I don’t know of any significant buying, news, or anything particularly interesting going on this week. It is a holiday in Canada today, holiday in the US next Monday so overall should be a slow period.

I don’t expect drilling to start this week.

I don’t expect work on the mine to begin this week.

At some point in the next week or so, it is possible Medinah might put out some translated versions of the recently signed contracts but don’t really know.
