MDMN - 2016-05-16 Weekly Discussion

No one is flipping a penny stock at one, two or three tenths of a cent, especially when it’s at .15 and has held pretty steady, if anything flipper’s would be buying. We have heard that a few with healthy positions are letting a few go while trying other stock’s. Seems the time table may allow for this, I’m just not one that is comfortable jumping in and out…

Just go to IHUB and check out ExB and gang

BB is right. Fully carried to a mine is exciting. Too bad it isn’t us:-[

Lean glad to see you back!

Lean. They probably cry them big JJ Crocodile tears to us like JJ.
Like family indeed!

I don’t go to IHUB. What is ExBlockman saying?

Would I be correct in assuming that you do what you believe is best for you when it comes buying and selling Medinah? I’ve generally been under the impression that is what the objective of owning stocks was all about.

If my assumption is incorrect does that mean that you sell low to benifit other shareholders and then buy at higher prices in an attempt to drive up the price? While that doesn’t make a lot of sence to me, that is precisely what some shareholders here have demanded that Auryn should be doing.

While I hear that “they don’t give a damn about shareholders” I keep thinking it can’t be as simple as that. THEY ARE SHAREHOLDERS. At this time they own close to 1/3 of all Medinah shares and that percentage could continue to grow.

Right now the trading is almost nil when you consider the amount of shares that are on the street but now that Auryn has moved all their shares into certificated form, and out of JJ and sons hands, the number of real shares subject to being available as Medinah becomes a desirable stock has greatly diminished. While you don’t see it now, that reduced availability of shares will become apparent to all in the future, and in a positive way.

L&G, would suggest you find your own answers rather than look to others. This, IMO, is going to be a gradual climb upward over a period of time, with occaisional spikes. Looking for answers daily is not a wise use of time, imo.

The good news is that the low volume over the past few weeks, is a good indication that all the major sellers in the past are finished. The bad news is that new investors are not taking an interest in what seems to be a ridiculously low entry share price. It does not make sense. Is there any down side at this point? I hope not. What else do they need to know, now that we are the “real deal”…

Maybe, just maybe BE and CHG are right and we’re somewhere near a fair value based on the stage of development, what’s known about the property, and the risk factors still involved.

Obviously you don’t believe that, but you keep banging your head against the wall and making some of us miserable in the process. Give it a rest.

Sure looks that way. If not why Not disclose it? That will be a great question to ask at the AGM?

I’m told it was a cash purchase. If the parties that were part of the deal want to make the terms known they will.

Block purchases of shares can go both ways:

  1. Pay a premium because it gives you a control position.
  2. Pay a premium because doing so in the open market will cause the share price to rise swiftly.
  3. Pay a discount because the seller would not be able to sell the shares in a reasonable amount of time without casuing severe pressure on the share price.

You probably haven’t been following too closely lately. Rumor has it that Juan and AMC owners are trying to sever their relationship.

And if he got 0.0156 then where would that move the pps to?

Answer: It really doesn’t matter. We don’t know what he got for the shares so why not just wait and see what the shares do with drilling and production and let that tell us what the pps is worth.
