You’re unbridled optimism has about as much impact as some realistic forecasting on a 4qtr 2017 dividend. Nada. There was a time when the next week, Lespeak, negatively impacted the share price b/c of the credibility vacuum that came as a result but even that was a looong time ago. Now that AMC is properly and professional updating investors this board will no longer move the stock. Thankfully.

Why does it have to have to be all or nothing re a dividend?
This is a penny stock with a ton of potential now but why tell the market and convince everyone we’re a year and a half out? To be blunt, that’s like the US telling terrorists what day US troops are pulling out and I’m equating the terrorists to corrupt market makers and flippers
Anyone who thinks this market reacts on fundamentals is on drugs and clearly doesn’t watch the games being played
The bottom line is we need buyers and you pessimists are convincing people not to buy now

Most of John’s investment is in cdch, so you have to wonder why he spends so much time here pissing on mdmn.

This comment is about as accurate as the daily short list you post, yet know nothing about. I hold a considerably larger position in MDMN vs. CDCH. I seem to remember receiving a lot of flack for throwing around 10-20 cent price targets. Most of the vocal critics would now be doing cartwheels if we got to that level.
If you can’t handle a realistic conversation about this investment you can stick with Dentman and pretend fundamentals don’t matter or Decosta who’s perceptions of fundamentals is independent of market realities.
Unfortunately for you, fundamentals are the only thing that matter at this point but I’m sure there are some other penny stocks out there where you can talk about NSS and pinning your hopes on shady rumors. MDMN has moved on from that game (fortunately for those who can wait).

This isn’t about “knowing something” or relying on “sources.” Again if you want to play that game there are plenty of other penny stock sandboxes where you can get your kicks from another Les like promoter looking to sell you their shares. I guess we need to post this great post from The Wiz again for those that don’t understand what’s going on. This is what we should be focused on for the time being.
We know the property is legit. The biggest risk we faced was company risk. That changed in two moves. 1) JJ buyout for 350,000,000 shares. 2) The two members added to the BOD last week.
With certainty I say it’s a new day for MDMN shareholders. FINALLY! IT’S ABOUT #$I*&@ TIME!
MASGLAS, a significant Medinah shareholder, will work in concert with Mr. Goodin to accomplish a comprehensive analysis of Medinah’s books and records to ensure the continued integrity of Medinah’s financial statements. During this process all of Medinah’s assets and liabilities will be scrutinized in detail. The goal of this effort is to improve the effectiveness with which Medinah communicates its results and financial condition to the investment community and the mining industry.
It looks like there are two mining projects going on. I suppose scrutinizing the financial statements won’t happen overnight – especially if they try to go back to 1997. Nevertheless, I think we’ll all be satisfied at the end of the day that the proper job was done and if anything inappropriate is found it will be rectified if at all possible (as it was with CDCH.)
I also think we will be surprised in some cases with how quickly things move along – especially because we’re used to very little getting done right or on time. One thing we can say is that a very low bar was set before.
Sorry, just feeling a little giddy and punchy realizing with a lot of comfort that after 18+ years of this nightmare, I’m going to get out with a real return!!!
According to the update from AMC, the hard rock specialists arrive today and mine preparation begins Monday! Let’s do this!!!
P.S. I’m not concerned about the price, today, or tomorrow. I figure as credibility is finally established with the market, financial statements that can be trusted are produced, and development and production occur, the price will take care of itself!!!

It doesn’t bother me that your pushing this investment, your spot on on several thing’s when it comes to the mountain. But I think most here know when it’s time, I don’t care who you are it’s time for sensibilities to take over. John and I had talks months ago and my position has never changed. I do not see a TO coming before the EOY, I would think that the mountain would start to show it’s colours by AGM and it should be a very interesting AGM… but as far as the budget and dispersements are concerned, at this point and time it doesn’t add up. I do see a TO but not in the near future unless it’s a low ball… I do see great potential after 2 nd quarter… this is where I see the potential for a dividend and/or a solid TO… would it not make sense at this time to wait for a vote at the AGM?

I’m counting on a organized professional Shareholders Meeting. I’m counting on a pre meeting agenda and a full accounting of Medinah’s financial records , share structure and a financial plan. I’m counting on Masglas/Auryn to provide full details about mining operations and their plans for the future of Medinah. Do it right. Change the history.

What you continue to ignore is that Auryn is moving toward what is being called early production. Production and eventually dividends will move the stock. What else do you believe that Auryn should be spending its time and attention accomplishing other than a systematic plan of action that moves toward production?
