Auryn is still going forward…
I think We all to some degree knew something was off, it just seemed best to let a professional organization like Auryn proceed with their investigation. They will get much more respect from the authorities and have the clout to pursue actions we sh couldn’t get far with.

BE, have you been receiving a lot of apologies via PMs? I haven’t read any on here. You were saying for along time that Les was selling shares and you received seething replies from a core group of posters on here. You were right.

The history, the reputations, and what else??? AMC positive involvement put the blinders on everyone. I just knew something was wrong. Lean green was on right path, next week continues. No loss until you sell. This board contributes to the mirage, can’t trust anyone. Never again, a penny stock. AMC I hope, and POG are our only saviors IMO. Unbelievable.

I have to think that the dilution of shares couldn’t have happened over the years that it would have taken to sell them on the open market, I would be more inclined to believe that this was done over a shorter period and distributed to several people … shouldn’t be that hard to track. I would hope the investigation would be short lived and trading would continue… just my hopes…

When I read this news this morning I thought it was a dream and then I realized it was real when I was eating my Wheaties. Just for fun lets assume Les is the biggest shorter of this stock and has been shorting this stock for the last 20 yrs…
Check monthly share totals and news releases from around May 2014 and Feb of this year. Great news releases that generated interest and highest monthly trade volume shown below. Check figures below and post if you see something different.
May 2014 -145,092,900 (shares traded)
Feb 2016 - 108,750,100 (shares traded)
The Board is continuing its investigation and will not stop until satisfied that all important facts are known.
The number of shares traded just do not add up over the time AURYN/MASGLAS have been involved unless it was concluded very recently. Forensics over the time period may need to go much further back than recent history as indicated by the wording in the news release … "there have been ongoing share issuance discrepancies with what was reported on MEDINAH’s 15c211s regarding the actual outstanding shares."
The discrepancy may be best described, however, by the recent update that states there was a scrivener’s error and these are the converted shares reflected briefly as being held in certificate form by CEDE & CO. Has that now been redacted as shown in the company profile on the OTC profile?

Personally, Glad we KNOW that something was stinking to high heaven and Auryn is ready to do something about it. Get rid of the cancer/infection and let’s move on. Results and a higher SP will heal a lot of these wounds for me. Lot of work to get this all cleared up, but I’m sure AMC/Masglas is chomping at the bit to get as much back as possible. I wonder if they knew something was up (they had to have known something, right?) which is why we did not ever see any aggressive buying from them. Another part of me wonders if they were willing to give the perps enough rope to hang themself with it. Hopefully the resolution will be in our favor. Will be nice to have the romper room tactics out of the way. Thanks again Auryn.
