Whatever. Perhaps you would like to tell all of your fellow shareholders again how considering past actions of the bod shouldn’t be discussed here because it apparently isn’t “positive” enough for your liking. It has only been a couple of days and the circumstances are the same since your last pontification, aren’t you going to address all the posters on this same subject again today or just more about alligators and a$$es?

Probably bermuda where a lot of these crooks go when they scam shareholders.
I just made the assumption that the Communications Director put the announcement together. A tip of the hat needs to be made to the responsible party and to the Company.
“On August 23, 2016, MEDINAH determined that there have been ongoing share issuance discrepancies with what was reported on MEDINAH’s 15c211s regarding the actual outstanding shares. Today we contacted the SEC and FINRA and are filing formal complaints regarding these discrepancies.”
I remember when deals would fall apart and we would hear about it months later. I now understand what Les was doing during those blackout months. Not this company. It looks like the current BOD got the report today, contacted the authorities, and put out an announcement all before noon.
Newleaf will this put a halt and suspend trading for MDMN until it get’s all figured out?
Was he meeting with MDMN’s securities attorney? Maybe booking a cruise.
Once the smoke clears, where should we be “technically” trading? If we discovered that we currently have twice as many outstanding shares as we thought…Does that mean that we should take our recent average price (.015) and divide that by two? Which would put us at .0075. Any feedback would be helpful…

Just a couple of thoughts:
Could it be that Auryn becomes a major buyer of MDMN shares once again in order to get close to achieving controlling interest? I’d hate to think that Juan and Les ‘control’ this revelation of shares issued over and above the capped 1.5 billion. Any thoughts?
Has anyone had experience with another stock with a similar situation? Somehow I get the feeling that Auyrn will be fine and the current MDMN shareholders will take the hit when it comes to all the shares outstanding now. Hope I’m wrong. Seems very unusual that all this wasn’t known before the partnership. What a ride this has been. If I had anything extra and had brass ones, seems like a good time to buy like crazy knowing what’s going on with production. Good luck all.

Thank you! And we know what happens when trading gets halted suspended it goes straight to the greys which I’ve been involved with another penny stock by that other stock scammer Jerry Williams as most of you know went by the name Monk. Let’s hope this does not happen for our sake.
Very unfortunate this mountain fell into the hands of crooks. Where we can be trading today if we had gone with volcan in the beginning. Just feels like a well thought out plan by GC les and JJ not to go with them and dilute the crap out of us while they were making money hand over fist.Well thats over now!

Agreed with production about to start I would be too but I dumped 100k into this stock I’m all in.
Yes somebody sold 10 million shares today but somebody also is 10 million shares heavier

Have to be honest, I took part in some of that buying.
Starting to wonder now if I’m not a brick short of a full pallet or my elevator goes to the top floor.
