Medinah Minerals (MDMN) - 2016 Q4- General Discussion

I have been very slowly adding with every movement down since the news about the shares came out. . I added at .0085, then again at .0075 and yesterday at .0063.

I look at it this way, if I believed when there was a 1.5 B share cap on MDMN that it was worth at least $.10 , then I have to believe at 3 B shares it has to be worth at least worth .05. So I am comfortable buying below .01, especially if they are able to claw back any of the illegally issued shares down the road. JMO

Thank you for responding to my question.

I said ā€œat least.05ā€ didn’t I ? I also believe in having trading shares and long term shares. What I am buying now, most likely will be trading shares.

Just thought I’d throw this out there… I’m not going to be nearly as concerned about the share price if it turns out that MDMN is going to follow through with their intention of paying dividends… hopefully annually and not a one time sort of thing. If the mine(s) end up lasting twenty years and longer then the dividends I receive should be a very nice source of income for me later in life. If the total of these dividends eventually amounts to a dime then my shares will effectively be free after that point. After that, I’d be able to sell shares at any price without incurring a loss. So personally, I’m more interested in knowing how rich these mines will end up being, how long they’ll be mined and what I can expect in the way of dividends and for how long, as opposed to being concerned about the share price.

That is a good point since if and when MDMN starts paying a dividend and that dividend is determined to be on going, then the value of the stock will most like will reflected a price based on fairly good interest rate like 5-7 %. to discount future payments.

This price scares me! I cant sell here cause there nothing left! What are we hearing in terms of news so we can move this POS up? I mean come on the share price has been raped and no one cares! I would like to see something said that will support the price NOT AURYN not MDMN the friggin price where I am invested in. I am tired of slowly watching my life saving go away after a decade of believing after a decade of everyone telling me believe in the mountain and them selling the shit out of it! give me something to hold on to.

Geo I agree with you some say that Medinah is a holding company and we should wait until Auryn releases updates or news. It’s been over a month since the meeting and that is when production started so where is the news or update in the last 40 days? Sometimes I feel that Auryn is doing this on purpose to sink the SP so they can make a low ball offer. Where’s the support for the shareholders? sad.

I said this awhile back Auryn could be letting the price sink by not releasing news and offer a TO on the cheap.

Just remember the words from Kirkland echoing in my head.

Prove me wrong Auryn.

Mauruzio said end of October and we’ve got nothing yet into mid November except for a picture of stacked rocks
Mdmn has always been about getting a deal to prove up property and start producing revenue.
I want to see what Auryn has been producing for the last 6 weeks.
I don’t care what happens to pps right now but believe production results could start to give credibility
Just want to know they are doing what they said they were going to do. That has always been mdmn’s problem

The reason that the price is down is that a former
Director turned out to be the fraudster, despite the warnings of the likes of @Baldy. Now what you thought you owned is actually halved AND no sizable investor with any level of sofistication will touch his until 1. The issue with Les is taken care of 2. The mountain starts to prove it is what it’s speculated to be. Until then it’s a hard sell vs the multitude of well managed gold and silver companies out there that have the potential for great returns without the risk/drama that comes with Mdmn

I know Kevin reads the board. It’s been 40 days since the meeting Kevin it’s time you ask Auryn for an update as to what’s going on. Where are we at? Has production stopped? Pictures of work would calm many nerves.

I dare say there is a large population of shareholders who, although might not post/say it publicly, at least secretly feel this way. I know I do and I’m not at all afraid to express it.

I keep seeing this thought posted but I notice that some here act as if they have forgotten that a low ball offer does not have to be accepted. I can not imagine the current President and Chief Executive Officer of MEDINAH supporting the acceptance of any offer that did not insure that the legitimate shareholders of MEDINAH received 100% of current value without that offer included consideration for the actual future worth of their shares. In other words, no one is going to get a deal for less than what the shares should be valued at when considering their real and anticipated future value.

Correction: Above I stated, " In other words, no one is going to get a deal for less than what the shares should be values at when considering their real and anticipated future value." That quote did not acknowledge the fact that those who are buying now, and out of the market at these prices, are getting a deal for less than what the shares should be valued at when considering their real and anticipated future value.

And for some the price isn’t going down as far as they would like to see it. Look at the earlier days bid and compare it to the latest bid.

A point up or down isn’t going to make any long term difference unless you are selling or buying now. I have been able to add a little but I have not sold any in a few years.
