It could be that they are just disassociating themselves with all thing “old MDMN”. I don’t think this is a bad thing but it would be nice to know they are in active talks to hire a more reputable outfit.

This is old news. The accounting firm (despite the front page disclaimer in all of their reports) is liable. There’s no way they can/could continue to work for MDMN.

I would not expect anything until the EOM. At the earliest. Per the most recent update. Slow and steady.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to pop in and wish everyone in the US a Happy Thanksgiving. AURYN and Maurizio extend their Thanksgiving greeting as well.
I am thankful for the support I have received from many of you as I work on behalf of all of us in hopes of a brighter future. Other than that, I cannot speak about MEDINAH here because it would be inappropriate for me to do so in this venue.

It seems to me Kevin’s requests for info is related to the share issues. Perhaps the increase of shares outstanding to 3B? Just a guess. Maybe MP legal experts can comment. TIA…

I had one conversation with the accountant years ago over the Preferred Stock reported in the financials and a mistake I found overstating the number of preferred shares issued. I first took it to Les. and he said it was correct, but I knew it was wrong so I then called the accountant and he said I was correct. Found out later from Kirk that Les was very angry that I called the accountant, because the accountant called Les to inform him I was right and the mistake was immediately corrected. FWIW .
