FCX’s bread and butter is mega-scale copper and moly. They are definitely thinking deeper!

Amazing how a stock responds when there is little to no selling.

isn’t it?!

When was the last time we had a lot of selling. I haven’t been watching very closely. But it seems 2017 has had very little selling.

Investors are regaining confidence in management.

Makes you borderline homicidal thinking of the years we watched the pps drop with inexplicable, relentless selling…

I must have completely missed when it happened and was discussed here, but the ADL presentation on the Aurynmining.com sight is considerably updated from the last one I had saved in Nov. All kinds of new content from the last one I saw including lots of new pictures.

They also removed the timeline / phase slide. But there is a claim they had a sample out of one of the Caren adits > 200 gpt.

U.S Senate held debate today (Feb 2) on Repeal of SEC Rule re. drilling and exploration and something to do about corruption including foreign countries. What I viewed was very confusing, ---- but does / can this law apply to MDMN, etc.???
Thanks sorry for my lack of details, but if it is in our ballpark??
I can’t seem to get info from C-SPAN.

Payments to foreign governments involving extraction of minerals.

Any thoughts?

My thought is that Medinah is now a holding company and Auryn is the miner, however that affects things.

Direct link to new legal info.

Warning to anyone who wants to read the legal stuff: do so only with a calm temperament and settled stomach because reading it will only infuriate you to the point of illness. I had to stop because I found that I was grinding my teeth and clenching my fists unconsciously all while wishing swift and painful harm to certain parties who so brazenly sought to defraud mdmn shareholders. This is not where I want to be as I start my Friday. Serenity now.

The SEC Rule which became effective in 2010 applies to mineral drilling and extraction with payments to foreign government in my read. Did our folks pay the Chilean Gov’t and were required to notify the U.S. SEC under this rule??? Just wondering!!!

I can see that case will end favorable for Medinah as expected.

After reading through most of this, I feel like a lot of this was done in spite. I heard Les was very upset when MDMN close the Medinah Chile company and he was kicked to the side of the road.
