Medinah Minerals (MDMN) - 2017 Q2 General Discussion

I agree by Kevin stepping down as communications director that’s the first sign that everything is on track with the IPO. I am still a believer that the mountain will exceed everybody’s expectations. I would Imagine that Auryn will hire a PR firm to take care of all their promotions and PR’s, What was the name of that PR firm that was in Toronto a while back that was representing Medinah, Auryn? Maybe they will go with them since they have already done their DD on that subject.

If they want a successful IPO,they will need to put more meat on the bone, hopefully this will come sooner than later.

Yes that’s the one ,thanks.

Question to anyone who feels like responding, whether it is accurate or not. Let’s assume that the end game for us and Auryn in the near future is the IPO. After that, it will be determined what happens to our company and share price. If that is so, why in the world would Auryn release any news of significance before then? Wouldn’t it be in “their” best interests to IPO with Medinah shares at their current lows? Then after the IPO, let the floodgates open with as much significant information as possible, along with regular updates and a reputable investor relations firm. As far as the clawback of shares, I have no idea how this will factor in. Just trying to get a little clarity, as we seem to be in another dormant state…

Well, that would be a disrespect for MDMN shareholders like Kevin, who bought his shares with his own money, that’s why he is so important for us.

LOL! There own record label, Dewey Cheetum & Howe.

I guess I don’t understand why they would be motivated to do this? We get a fixed percentage of shares regardless of current PPS. Is that not correct? Also, if they’re attempting to raise capital (hence the IPO), wouldn’t they want perceived value in the company and mountain? I guess I don’t see the benefit to them to delay news in a punitive way to MDMN.

True, the current share price of MDMN at this point has little to do with Auryn’s IPO share price other than maybe having a disconnect between the IPO price and what MDMN’s current share price is before the IPO. This is especially true, since we still do not know what our share count will end up being on a fully diluted basis when all is said and done.

Auryn will do what ever is necessary to excite and inform potential shareholders on the value of the company before and after the IPO. They might even resort to the standard dog and pony show depending on their budget, goals, and timing, especially if they are looking to solicitate new investors. The first piece of information we should be looking for is the prospectus, which should come out at least 30-60days before the actual IPO. That should be the most significant sales piece other than any dog and pony show if they go that route and I would not be surprised if they are already working on itheir propectus. This will be filled with great information about valuations, past expenditures, balance sheet, cash flow, operating income statement, and future expectations and well as potential mineral valuations, At that point Auryn should be making full disclosure as if they are already a reporting public company. Google Earth has new imagery for Part of claims. Images are for 2/22/2017. I hope someone finds something I missed. There are some changes but not as much as I would like

You probably won’t see much as everything is coming out of the adits. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

An update from Auryn would be nice about now as to what’s going on on the mountain.

Locked and loaded for some positive news.

Same here Uneverknow.

Nice to see Gold moving up 1270.

Auryn where we at?

Nice to see gold breaking out.

Volume has been extremely low the last 5 trading days…maybe Les finally ran out of shares

Currently it looks like no one is willing to sell at these prices but a few are setting on or below the bid hoping for a desperation sell. (Hope I didn’t just jinx the day)
