They are partners working together. They are not trying to pummel each other. They each have something the other needs and wants. They hopefully have a good healthy working relationship. And yes maybe a few thorns thrown in, but for the most part they are working together and not demanding this and demanding that from each other. IMO it all would fall apart rather quickly if that were the situation.
And those are good questions. Of which I know I donât have the answers. And I agree with having it put to the shareholders for approval, would love to see that.
Serious question for you BB. I understand the importance of fiduciary responsibilities board members owe to the equity holders but are you saying that both previous and current board members of MDMN have exhibited that fiduciary responsibility over the past 20 years? Why would Mr. Letts be any different?
His assignment to the BOD is/was a prerequisite for the option agreement to be signed. Aurynâs objective on attaining this seat was to gain incremental CONTROL and visibility into the affairs of MDMN and those within the company that they do not trust. Iâm not of the belief that fiduciary responsibility is much of an emphasis at this point (similar to how itâs never been for the previous BOD members). The next seat they attain, inevitably, will simply be another move of a chess piece as they look to capture the King. IMHO
I wish it were that rosy. From what I have heard you need to knock it down several notches. I am not a primary source, so I could be completely wrong, but anyone who seems to know much of anything and/or have some contact says there is no love lost between the two families, and thatâs putting it mildly.
One possibility is that they hope to raise a lot of cash via production between this Spring and August 2017 to help cover the buyout cost. It certainly is a possibility if they choose not to simply buy up the remaining shares in the near future. If they are mining bonanza grade gold, even a modest production rate can generate a lot of cash quickly.
FYI - Auryn has begun establishing a claims footprint on ADL via Sernageomin (Chileâs Ministry of Mines). The claims are exploration claims overstaking the existing ADL claims. Iâm not sure precisely what it implies, but there werenât any claims in Aurynâs name about a month ago.
Great DD Rick Thank you!
Golds moving up now letâs get the SP back up
There is the relationship with MDMN (cooperative) and JJ (worse than the Hatfields and McCoys.)
I think Wizard answered it best. The business relationship I was referring to, is the relationship between Auryn and MDMN, not between the Lettâs and JJ. Even though that certainly has a itâs influences at times. And a good healthy relationship to me isnât defined as rosy. Itâ s business like, professional and has mutual benefits for both to work together and see it through.
I would surmise these are the same claims (and linked permit) mentioned in AURYNâs media link:
Auryn recently acquired an adjacent property linked to a mining permit which could allow them to begin small-scale operation if sufficient ore is identified.
More âbulk samplingâ in the works? Is this something AURYN can proceed to do without participation of MDMN, or would a new agreement be allowing it? If itâs a new agreement (likely from an earlier meeting than the most recent ones) when will shareholders learn the details?
Thanks for sharing your DD, HR.
âItâs business like, professional and has mutual benefits for both to work together and see it throughâ.
Thatâs how I see it as well. Good post.
I assume the bolder light blue claims are those in the list? Those seem to be about half of what is shown in Aurynâs presentation as making up their 4000 new hectares. I have outlined in yellow the light grey claims that match up with your map. The other light grey claims shown in Aurynâs map apparently are not in the database under their name?
It is interesting the way the light blue boxes overlay the LDM claims. It almost looks like the one box overlays the western part of the Gordon claims but it is a little hard to tell. Mostly they overlay non-MDMN claims though.
Thanks HR! Have you ever seen a steam train start up and take off? Metaphorically speaking, I think weâre about to. All aboard!
Rick,
Neat! I check that site all the time so must be very recent.
Not sure what is going on with that. One generally over stakes hoping the other guy fails to pay their property taxes!
They are probably resurveying everything in systematic fashion to get patented claims and make everything nice and tidy. As many know, Juan was very disorganized and the claims were a mess. Recall all the time Auryn spent in the original contract trying to figure out what claims to include in the Option agreement etc.
Wow! 2 million shares just traded at .018 an hour before the opening. Bodes well for todayâs
trading.
My question is I thought pinks donât trade premarket. Maybe Karl TR Don or anybody else can chime in on that
Offshore trades often are executed pre-market.
