Lets us not forget The Congress in September. Masglas and Auryn and some heavy hitters in the Mining Industry. I’m not sure what impact it will have if any. It certainly can’t hurt.
Sure was nice to see the gap between the bid and the ask tighten up for a change. Nice support on the bid side…Hmmmmmmm.
MASGLAS is more than a sponsor …

Nice to see this speaker on the Agenda!
Even better…separate from Maurizio’s presentation on cyclical mining:

Luciano Matías Bocanegra
Luciano in 2003 received a Bachelors degree in Geosciences from Universidad Nacional del Sur in Argentina, and a post-title on Certification y Valorization in mining assets in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso & Queen’s University in Chile 2013. Since 2003 he has worked in junior and major companies, such as Río Tinto and Hochschild Mining, leading exploration teams in Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Chile. Working in copper, gold, diamonds, bauxite and iron exploration.
Currently is the owner and manager of Petra Gaia Consulting, and partner in Mineral Vector Services. He also is Chief Technical Advisor of the mining holding MASGLAS and Director of AURYN Mining Chile SPA.
Shhh…ignore that. Little buying coming in… and “whatever it is, it ain’t local.”
I’d love to hear Bocanegra speak…I assume they’ll have translators…one can’t expect all of these south americans to speak Ingles…

Just in from Medinah
It’s refreshing to hear all the positive news. We are moving forward.
The Congress meeting is an opportunity to let the Mining community know Masglas/Auryn is serious about the Alto. The occasional progress at the Caren is appreciated.
The good is we have Masglas/Auryn running the show and a proactive shareholder in Kevin performing with communication.
The bad is the 1.35b outstanding shares. Imo they must deal with that reality.
In a significant way.
According to MG this will be dealt with… soon! ![]()
How? who has all the documents? One guess is Les and I don’t see him giving them to anyone.
Why would Les have MDMN USA corporate documents? He has not been on our bod for a long time.
Come on …everything went through Les.I know Larry Regis our deceased secretary doesn’t have them.
Another fire in Les’s office, water damage, Larry Regis had them, all excuses we will hear about. Ultimately Chappin is responsible for the corporate records, I think. Not that I think he has ever had them.
Seriously? Now Les is a shadowy boogeyman able to mysteriously hinder corporate governance with a secret filing cabinet in his basement?
All official share related records and actions are handled via the transfer agent not Les and Les has nothing to do with any potential future share reductions of MDMN. On the other hand financial records and records of things that happened between MMC and MDMN? Les’ dog may be busy eating those as we speak I have no idea.

much wider investor exposure? ![]()
I think that the investment community that likes the business approach of Maurizio in building both Masglas and AMC will figure out that the ADL project which Bocanegra will be speaking about is the flagship for all of the 12 Masglas projects. I would think that it is critical for Masglas/AMC to hit it out of the ball park at the ADL (the maiden voyage) so that this success can act as a catalyst for the entire Masglas enchilada.
I don’t foresee AMC or Masglas selling any pieces of their action to outside investors right now until the values go berserk. Investors previously unaware of Maurizio, Bocanegra, Aguilera, Bent, etc. will figure out in a hurry that Medinah represents the gateway to acquiring a piece of the action for not just the flagship ADL mining district of AMC but the whole Masglas enchilada.
Exactly what I was thinking!
As much sense as that makes … not quite sure I agree. Maurizio may well be “selling” the shortsightedness of the industry to potential suitors. A 5% future piece of AURYN in the near term might well provide a cash infusion to kick start all other MASGLAS projects into high gear. For that matter, 5% of Medinah’s AURYN action to the right mid-tier or major would allow for share retirement and a dividend much sooner than the already announced anticipated cash flow from early production. Just saying it’s a possibility if the right offer were to unfold. Something to ask about at the informational meeting, anyway.
