Medinah Minerals (MDMN) - 2016 Q4- General Discussion

Nice $20 trade once again to move the needle down. It’s either mms or shareholders trying to mess with the charts.
If not, who in their right mind makes a $20 trade (again)?

Some Auryn news on production would be nice.

I’m easier than you…I’ll be happy with just a new picture or two…

Nobody wants to touch this even @ .009 470000 for sale. Wish I had some powder to take it out.

As I write this a ask hit at 650000 and they still show 470000 @ .009

Looks like Lester is still at it.

Bloomberg announced that Chilean Government was doing / supporting some action regarding Codelco’s Debt situation. I know its off topic, but this is Chile.

Well, it looks like someone took out the 650,000 at .009…Nice to see that people still believe as I do. I’ll be adding some more as soon as I can also. I have been slowly adding for 6 years.

Probably the same one who moves it up at closing for under $9. Been around for years.

Always keeping a little powder dry.

I understand moving it up but why move it down unless you’re manipulating the bid, ask and charts on small volume
A small group of shareholders could hypothetically accomplish this by taking turns.
The share price has been under assault ever since the preferred to common share conversion took place.
Every time the co put out good news, the selling stopped any potential run.
I realize the share issue Les created and I hope he goes to prison before his time passes here but we should only have at most 50 percent haircut on what our value is speculated to be.
We are finally with a partner and they are in production yet the price is not allowed to rise. If production results come out and pps stays stagnant or declines further, It would make you wonder WTF is going on.

Can someone please explain to me why Auryn and Masglas are not interested in buying more shares at these prices? They could not have paid less than they would pay now. Or is it because they think they might be able to purchase them at even a lower price in the future? It doesn’t make sense that there is not more interest, being they have first hand knowledge of all the positive steps that we have accomplished. It would be great if they did purchase more shares, if only to protect the price from going any lower. A win, win if you ask me…

I don’t think they care about the price. What I’m afraid of is a low TO from Auryn that might be why they are not buying to sink Medinah. They will make up the money from the shares they bought of Medinah through production. Hope Kevin does not let that happen if that’s the case. I think they figured this will be a big battle to get those shares back that Les stole. jmo I just hope I’m wrong.

I’m just letting my mind wander here - but at the Las Vegas meeting - Masglas disclosed that JJ was suing them. It may be that he is alleging that he was cheated because the property is turning out better and they knew it. A good defense would be that all the information is now publicly disclosed and “you can go out in the market and buy all the stock you want at a much lower price than we paid”.

If JJ wants to sue anybody, it should be Les.

If Auryn is not planning on buying any shares on the open they should release an update on how much they paid for JJ’s shares. This way we can recover some of our dignity back.

In civilian jurisdictions, like Chile, they have what’s called “lesion beyond moiety”, which basically says that if a seller sells you something that turns out to be twice as valuable he can sue to rescind and reform the sale to be more “fair”. Like all things at law, the facts are ALWAYS arguable - and it usually comes to a point where instead of continuing with the litigation there will be a settlement.

Well that would explain why they are not supporting the price- makes JJ’s suit more difficult to win!

It’s always something with JJ and Medinah. For the love of god get the hell out of the way. Haven’t you and your partner les done enough to this stock and the shareholders?! You don’t deserve squat!!!

I follow your thinking here, but JJ only sold Masglas shares of Medinah which are worth markedly less now than when he sold. That transaction has nothing to do with the minerals found or production of same. If there is any justice here, maybe such a maneuver will backfire and the court determine that JJ should refund an appropriate portion of his share proceeds.

I’m pretty sure they said Masglas would not be buying any more shares while all these legal entanglements are up in the air…especially JJ. -others who attended did you hear it that way? That would be legal and “ethical” reasons but we haven’t heard that word around here much!
Also remember that Masglas, outside of Auryn, has a LOT of other irons in the fire and some of their personal resources may be otherwise occupied, just speculation.

Edit… and they cannot disclose the price they paid jj.
