If possible I would like to hear from Goodin or Auryn ASAP where we as shareholders stand in this investigation. The more we know now the better our questions and understanding of what exactly happened to our shares and with that knowledge be able to ask the right questions at the AGM. I don’t have any faith in Finra or the SEC to be proactive. So that leaves me with Auryn, Goodin and Masglas. Right now I lost 1/2 of my investment to some crooks and don’t trust any of the above when it comes to the personal money I put in this investment. For all I know there could be conflicts of interest which will effect the effectiveness of the investigation. I heard if Goodin gets new info on the investigation he has 10 days to disclose to shareholders. I don’t know if that’s true. I heard Les has leverdge on some of the coconspirators and possible investigators in this crime. I don’t know what to BELEIVE or who to beleive. And I know not to beleive Les but…

I said it wrong . I lost 1/2 of my investment to illegal share dilution and am down almost 300% on my investment. BTW I am referring to Gary Goodin in my post above.
Let AMC take the reins, get the past BOD out who were on duty, wait, lack of duty and throw them in jail.
Then we can benefit from this potential, as some CB buying mining stocks.

Our current president/CEO is Gary Goodin. Please don’t confuse him with Russell Godwin who was involved with the company some 8-12 years ago.

I recall this is similar to the earlier survey run about a month or two ago.
Not all shareholders are on theminingplay, and some that are don’t respond to surveys, FWIW.
There wasn’t great attendance at the last SHM … maybe about 50-60, although I didn’t count the number in attendance.
I emailed the company regarding proxy information a few months ago and still have yet to get a response. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Proxies are only available for official Shareholders meetings where an agenda and items to be voted on are presented. No official company business is being conducted at this Informational Meeting being held by Auryn to present information to MDMN shareholders (morning session). A separate afternoon session is being presented for AURYN, a privately held corporation in which MDMN has a minority interest.
“I’ve been told shareholder attendance stands at 150+ to date”.
That’s sound like a more realistic number due to the existing unfortunate circumstances.
